First install :

iBlank
Stacks for iphone
Winterboard

SBsettings
You will need to have jailbreak phone to instal the apps.
unrar the arhive and copy 3 folders
[ID2]theme ,
[ID2]Clock+Weather ,
[ID2]Analog Clock
to winterboard theme folder located on
[ \private\var\stash\Themes ]
check out my theme for SBSettings, install it.
Copy the content of MobileStack to /Sistem/Library / MobileStack/ (if it will not appear , just respring without having icons in dock and then drag it)
use iblank for blank icons.
